Group Quality Manager

Your tasks

You will lead the Quality Department, driving compliance and continuous improvement across ISO 9001 and associated standards (including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001), supporting internal and external audits and partnering with leadership to embed best practice across the group and its subsidiaries.

In this role you will handle customer complaint resolution, KPI reporting, supplier assessment support, and quality issue containment / root cause analysis, with travel to subsidiaries as required.

• Lead the Quality Department and manage a global Quality team
• Own and develop the business management system (ISO 9001 and associated standards)
• Lead internal/external audits, reporting, and continuous improvement activities
• Drive customer complaint resolution, KPI reporting, and quality issue RCA/containment
• Travel to group subsidiaries as required

The Person

• Experience leading quality within a complex manufacturing environment
• Ideally a background in electronics or the automotive industry
• Proven experience managing and leading ISO 9001 compliance
• Comfortable leading teams and engaging senior stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
