Are you a Fleet Administrator / Lease Administrator looking for a stable, Monday to Friday, days-based contract role where you can settle into a professional office environment and become a key part of a busy team?

On offer is a long-term contract opportunity supporting a well-established public sector fleet operation, helping to keep essential vehicles on the road through accurate administration, reporting, and coordination with third-party garages and internal stakeholders.

You will be working within the fleet office, supporting the Fleet Operating Lease Manager by analysing and reporting on lease and vehicle data from the fleet management system and workshops. You'll help manage the onboarding of new lease vehicles, coordinate end-of-lease returns, maintain accurate cost information, and ensure records are kept in line with relevant policies and legislation.

This role would suit an experienced administrator with strong Excel skills (pivot tables / reporting) and a full UK driving licence, looking for a secure, days-based contract with long-term prospects and the potential to move into a permanent position.

The Role:

• Fleet / Lease administration support within a busy fleet office
• Analysing and reporting on fleet operating lease information
• Managing onboarding of new lease vehicles and end-of-lease returns
• Coordinating with third-party garages, suppliers, and internal teams

The Person:

• Administration experience in a professional environment (fleet desirable)
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables / report writing)
• Full UK driving licence
