This is a secure, permanent position within a well-established electromechanical services business, where you'll be trusted to take ownership of sales and customer enquiries day-to-day. You'll be supported with the structure, tools and benefits to do the job properly and consistently. You'll be joining a specialist engineering organisation working with rotating equipment and power transmission components, known for providing repair and sourcing solutions. This is a business that values customer service, accuracy and doing what you say you'll do. In this role you'll handle inbound enquiries, generate new opportunities from dormant and new accounts, create and issue quotations, and proactively chase orders, quotes and purchase orders from an on-site base in Cheddar. This role suits someone from a sales background looking to make the switch into a more Business Development focussed role with stability, a steady routine and a long-term home in a permanent, on-site position.
