Your tasks

Develop, recommend and update policies and procedures to improve performance. Build dashboards and reports in Jira forleadership analysis. Automate new workflows, collaborating with DevOps teams to improve efficiency and compliance with ITILstandards. Work with Finance teams to report internally on the progress of overdue client invoices. Create and implementmonthly and ad-hoc reports for management on key findings and assessments. Identify and communicate any solutionsresourcing risks, and ensure accountability from internal stakeholders to Ripple client success. Report on project/milestonecompletion to ensure resources are on track with go-live timelines for migration of acquired companies into Ripple.

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management or a related field plus two (2) years of experience recommending and creating policies and procedures to improve company performance.

Must have 2 years of experience with treasury management systems or treasury workstation software.

Must have 2 years of experience using Kantata to report on project/milestone completion.

Must have 2 years of experience using PowerBI to enhance reporting with data visualizations.

Must have 2 years of experience reporting on professional services KPIs for internal executives.

Must have 2 years of experience with Jira, including all of the following:

• Automating workflows;
• Integrating AI tools within Jira;
• Building dashboards to track real-time performance with real-time stats;
• Conducting a comparative analysis of ticket KPIs across regions, workflows, or clients, and;
• Collaborating with DevOps teams to implement change control processes to improve efficiency and compliance with ITIL standards.

Telecommuting permitted up to 100% per week. Candidate may live anywhere in the U.S.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
