These are your tasks
- Planning, implementation, and coordination of new construction or renovation projects in the field of building technology at home and abroad - As the client and operator, we lead and accompany construction projects from feasibility analysis to the end of the building's life cycle (primarily in office and industrial construction)
- Coordination of planning teams in the role of client representative
- Contract processing, cost, quality, and schedule control
- Coordination with internal specialist departments/technicians and external service providers
- Support and optimization of building technology systems and facilities as well as organization of maintenance and repair work
- Budgeting and invoice control
- Maintenance and revision of building documentation and plan documents
What distinguishes you
- Completed training in the field of building technology (HTL or higher)
- Several years of professional experience in the management and processing of projects in the field of building technology
- Very good knowledge of standards and laws
- Experience in personnel management
- Willingness to travel domestically and abroad regarding our increasing internationalization
- Good MS-Office skills
- CAD skills (Autocad, Revit) are an advantage
- Good English skills in spoken and written form
- High degree of technical understanding, initiative, and entrepreneurial thinking as well as a proactive approach and flexibility

The annual gross salary for this position amounts to € 56,000.00 on a full-time basis (KV for employees in crafts and trades and in services). What counts in the end?
