These are your tasks

• Independent development and optimization of cosmetic formulations from the laboratory approach to scale-up

• Selection, evaluation and combination of raw materials, taking into account qualitative, regulatory, sensory and process engineering requirements

• Manufacture, testing and documentation of laboratory batches as well as support for test and initial productions

• Organization and professional support of certifications such as COSMOS or environmental labels

• Ensuring legal compliance and audit-ready documentation

• Commissioning and evaluation of analyses (safety assessment, skin compatibility, etc.)

• Collaboration on quality criteria and deviation management

• Interdisciplinary communication with external partners and internal specialist departments

• Presentations as well as handling press and event inquiries

• Participation in social media and RINGANA live content

• Completed university degree in the field of natural sciences or several years of professional experience from food-related or artisanal-technical areas

• Strong analytical thinking skills and enjoyment of challenging tasks

• Independent working style with a readiness for innovation and high quality orientation

• Excellent communication skills, team orientation and high creativity

• Ideally professional experience in the development of cosmetic, pharmaceutical or food-related products; alternatively experience from food-related or artisanal-technical areas and interest in a career change into cosmetic product development

• Knowledge of legal requirements for cosmetics as well as experience in manufacturing according to GMP is an advantage

• Confident use of MS Office applications

• Very good English skills in spoken and written form
