IT and Software Development

These are your tasks
- First point of contact for the specialist departments for the applications used
- Error analysis and passing on to 3rd Level Support
- Creation of functional descriptions
- Creation of specifications based on internal requirements
- Project management for the implementation of projects/Change Requests
- Training and further education of colleagues for the software used
This distinguishes you
- Completed technical training or career changers with prior knowledge
- Independent and responsible way of working
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high willingness to learn
- SQL knowledge (advantageous)
- Very good English, spoken and written
- Enjoyment in interacting with people
- Valid work permit for Austria

The annual gross salary for this position amounts to € 43,000.-- on a full-time basis (KV for employees of companies in the field of services in automatic data processing and information technology). What counts in the end?
