Part-Time Sales Assistant, SoHo Boutique
About the Role
Ring Concierge is a rapidly growing, female-founded fine jewelry company, specializing in custom engagement rings and fine jewelry.
We're looking for a Part-Time Sales Assistant to support our SoHo flagship during the holiday season, handling order processing, packaging, repairs, and replenishment so our Sales Advisors can stay focused on clients. This is not a commission or sales-goal role, but you'll be a key part of keeping the boutique running smoothly during our busiest time of year.
This is a part-time position requiring approximately 15–24 hours per week. Weekend availability is required.
Responsibilities
Support Sales Advisors with client appointments, walk-ins, and line management during busy periods
Process client orders and transactions through our POS system
Package completed sales to Ring Concierge presentation standards
Handle returns and repairs, including documentation and reticketing
Receive and prep incoming product for the sales floor, including unpacking, checking, and organizing
Maintain accurate counts of packaging materials and boutique supplies and flag replenishment needs to management
Keep the sales floor and back-of-house organized and stocked throughout the day
Support visual merchandising, including product presentation and display updates
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
Contribute to client events, product launches, and seasonal activations
Anticipate the Sales team's needs and provide support during high-traffic periods
About You
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable handling client merchandise with care and discretion
Genuine interest in fine jewelry and delivering an elevated client experience
Proactive team player who takes initiative wherever support is needed
Requirements
1+ years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or client-facing service
Familiarity with POS systems and order processing preferred
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
The compensation range for this role is $20-23/hr
