Summary

This is a 3-month internship opportunity , with the possibility of joining the team on a longer-term basis depending on performance and suitability for the role .

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and phone calls .

Engage with clients professionally and provide timely responses to their questions and requests.

Attend to clients face-to-face at the workshop and ensure a positive customer experience.

Take photos and videos of ongoing and completed jobs for social media content.

Support the planning and creation of engaging content for social media platforms.

Follow up on leads and enquiries to support sales conversion.

Keep track of customer enquiries, leads, and follow-ups in an organised manner.

Support day-to-day sales and marketing activities at the workshop.

What We’re Looking For

Confident and comfortable communicating with customers both online and in person.

Comfortable using Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp for customer engagement.

Comfortable taking photos and videos for social media.

Strong organisational and follow-up skills.

Friendly, confident, and professional when interacting with clients.

Willingness to work from the workshop and engage directly with customers.

Prior sales or marketing experience is an advantage, but not required.

Must be based in or around Nairobi and able to work from the Wajir Road workshop.
