About the role
We are looking for a reliable full-time Driver cum Personal Assistant to support a family household. The role combines daily driving duties with light administrative and personal errand support.
Responsibilities
- Daily school runs: transporting children to and from school and enrichment activities
- Driving family members for daily errands, appointments and social commitments
- Ensuring the vehicle is clean, serviced and roadworthy; arranging servicing and insurance renewals
- Assisting with simple paperwork: filing, collecting and submitting documents, basic form-filling
- Running errands and handling ad-hoc household support tasks as required
Requirements
- Valid Class 3 driving licence held for a minimum of 5 years with a clean traffic record
- Strong familiarity with Singapore roads, traffic conditions and route planning
- Fluency in Mandarin is required, as the role involves daily communication with Mandarin-speaking family members and children. Conversational English preferred for handling external errands and documents
- Comfortable with basic administrative tasks and simple document handling
- Punctual, discreet and able to work independently with minimal supervision
