Operator/ QC Inspector (Perm)

Production Operator/ QC Inspector/ QC Operator/ QC Technician/ QA Inspector/ QA technician Job Highlights 12 hours Shift: 3-4-4-3 pattern

Working hours: Night Shift (7pm - 7am)

Permanent Position / MNC/ Near MRT/ Immediate Hiring!!

Attendance Allowance + Shift Allowance + OT pay + Good Basic salary

Our client (MNC) is a global advanced precision engineering & manufacturing company for Medical devices and Automotive industries. Responsibilities: Perform daily inspection task as designated by the supervisor

Perform in-process inspection and report abnormality/raise NCMR if applicable

Perform outgoing inspection/out of box audit

Compile and maintain all quality inspection reports

Maintain proper 5S in the assigned area daily

Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice

Issue Stop Machine Order and Stop Shipment Order when process/ product out of control.

Buyoff the product and stamp QC accept/reject

Requirements: Min GCE ‘O’ level and understand simple English.

Experience with inspection equipment is an added advantage, eg: Smartscope, CMM, Caliper, Micrometer, Dial Indicator

Basic computer knowledge and able to use Microsoft Excel

Able to support OT

Can start work immediately or at a short notice
