Locum Commercial Property Solicitor - Fully Remote

Location: Fully Remote Duration: Initial few months, with potential to extend Start Date: ASAP Rate: Hourly rate dependent on experience

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor for an exciting locum opportunity supporting a large-scale commercial property project involving a substantial portfolio of properties.

Based within a Mayfair firm, this role offers 100% remote working , with the opportunity to work closely with a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor on a busy, high-volume project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting a large commercial property portfolio project.
• Handling commercial property acquisitions and associated legal work.
• Reviewing existing commercial leases and identifying key issues.
• Reviewing contracts and other property documentation.
• Providing legal support to a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor throughout the project.

About You:

• A qualified Solicitor with strong Commercial Property experience.
• Proven experience in commercial property acquisitions and lease reviews.
• Confident reviewing contracts, leases and complex property documentation.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment while supporting a senior fee earner.
• Available to start ASAP and commit to an initial assignment of a few months.
