Responsibilities: Source and purchase construction materials, equipment and supplies Request and compare quotations from suppliers Negotiate prices, terms and delivery schedules Prepare and process purchase orders Coordinate with project and site teams on material requirements Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery Maintain purchasing records and supplier information Requirements: Relevant purchasing experience in the construction industry Familiar with construction materials and suppliers in Singapore Good negotiation and coordination skills Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks Responsible and well-organised
