Purchasing Mandarin

Job Description:

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
• Process purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
• Maintain effective communication with local and overseas suppliers, including Mandarin-speaking vendors.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure purchasing requirements are fulfilled.
• Compare quotations and conduct cost analysis to support purchasing decisions.
• Track order status and ensure on-time delivery.
• Resolve supplier-related issues, including quality, quantity, and delivery discrepancies.
• Prepare purchasing reports and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Coordinate with the Finance, Warehouse, and Operations teams regarding purchasing activities.
• Perform other procurement-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 year of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain in fnb industry.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is required, able to speak mandarin is a plus point.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP or purchasing systems is an advantage.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work full-time at the Head Office, Daan Mogot. West Jakarta
• Available to join immediately
