Store Assistant
Responsibilities: Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for the CS Store.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain sufficient buffer stock of spare parts for CS team usage and urgent service requests.
Record and track all Goods In / Goods Out transactions accurately.
Prepare and arrange daily spare parts for technicians based on scheduled service jobs.
Maintain proper housekeeping, cleanliness, and organisation of CS pallets and the CS Store area.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of inventory, goods movement, and service-related records.
Manage returned service parts from technicians, ensuring all items are properly recorded and routed to the appropriate department (QC / ODM / Rework / Scrap) for inspection or further action.
Conduct regular stock checks and investigate inventory discrepancies.
Monitor fast-moving and critical spare parts, and highlight low-stock items for timely replenishment.
Coordinate with technicians, Logistics, Purchasing, and other relevant departments on inventory and spare parts requirements.
Maintain proper housekeeping, safety, and organisation of the warehouse and CS Store area.
Requirements: Good memory and strong attention to detail.
Basic communication skills in English; additional language skills will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer operations.
Responsible, organised, and willing to learn.
Willing to perform hands-on store and warehouse duties, including arranging and moving spare parts.
Able to work independently and follow instructions and SOPs.
Prior experience in warehouse, store, inventory, or administrative work will be an advantage.
