Production Operator

Responsibilities: Perform product assembly, testing and inspection according to work instructions. Refurbish existing/old stock by replacing, modifying or reassembling components. Carry out rework on products with quality non-conformities. Perform basic cutting, grinding, drilling and other hands-on workshop tasks when required. Ensure completed work meets the required quality and safety standards.

Requirements: Comfortable with handling and lifting heavy objects as part of daily work. Secondary School education or equivalent. Able to communicate effectively in Chinese/Mandarin. Basic technical and hands-on skills are required. Familiar with basic workshop operations such as saw cutting, grinding and drilling. Basic knowledge of different screw types and thread dimensions. Able to read and understand dimensions from simple technical drawings. Willing to perform hands-on assembly, rework and refurbishment tasks.
