We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced ICT Teacher to join our Design and Technology department. This position focuses on teaching Computer Science at the High/Secondary School level following the IB Diploma Programme (IB DP) curriculum.

Job Description

As an ICT Teacher at Riffa Views International School, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons in Computer Science that align with the IB DP curriculum. You will inspire students to develop critical thinking skills, creativity, and technical proficiency while fostering a passion for technology.

Skills and Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in secondary/high school settings

Strong knowledge of the IB Diploma Programme requirements for Computer Science

Proficiency in programming languages, software development concepts, algorithms, data structures, and computer systems

Ability to design lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles

Excellent classroom management skills

Competence with educational technology tools and platforms

Strong communication skills for interacting effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
