Your area of responsibility

• Technical interface between Design and Engineering departments as well as to the customer
• Contact person for technical questions in the development process (feasibility assessments)
• Examination of design concepts for technical feasibility, quality, and economic efficiency
• Coordination of technical requirements with Design, Development, and other specialist departments
• Development and optimization of technical solutions
• Creation and maintenance of technical specifications and documentation
• Coordination of cooperation with internal and external project partners
• Support of technical changes during product development
• Participation in project meetings as well as representation of technical topics
• Ensuring timely and successful project implementation

Our requirements

• Successfully completed technical education (HTL, FH, or TU) with a focus on Mechatronics, Vehicle Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in product development, functional development, or component development is an advantage
• Project management experience is an advantage
• Technical understanding of mechatronic systems and overall vehicle functions
• Interest in collaborating with different specialist departments
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Analytical thinking skills as well as high teamwork and communication skills
• Winning demeanor and empathy
• Initiative, commitment, and a hands-on mentality

The typical gross monthly salary for comparable positions, depending on education and professional experience, and with existing professional experience, is approximately between € 4,400.- and € 6,000.- gross/month, which will also serve as a guide during negotiations for this position. With us, you will negotiate personally with our client regarding the framework of your employment as well as your future salary level.
