2 Commissioning Mechanics / Fitters / Service Technicians Location: Graz area / Graz-Umgebung / International
Your area of responsibility
- Assembly, service, and commissioning activities according to your training and experience
- Scope of commissioning depending on position and experience with a focus on mechanics, electrics, SPS, and software
- Local assignments in Styria and/or international assignments (several days to several weeks)
- Assembly activities in the fields of electrical engineering, high voltage technology, electrical installation technology, or mechanics (locally in Styria and internationally - from 30% willingness to travel)
- Test setups of special machines and systems (locally in Styria)
- Original or trial operation of the systems (locally in Styria)
- Commissioning of special machines and systems as well as service assignments on-site at international customers
- Carrying out final acceptances of the special machines together with customer representatives
- Training of customer employees
- Documentation tasks
- Collaboration in the (further) development of new products and technologies
Our requirements
- Completed HTL, FH, TU education or skilled worker with LAP
- Preferably training focuses in the areas of plastics technology, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, electrical machine technology, automation technology, software development
- Apart from your own focus of assignment, knowledge in the other mentioned areas as well as general basic understanding of electrics is always advantageous
- For automation technicians, SPS knowledge, especially on Siemens Simatic S7 and/or Allen Bradley PLC, is advantageous
- Experience in mechanical manufacturing (turning, milling, welding, ...) is advantageous
- Experience in electrical engineering / electronics / pneumatics / automation technology is advantageous (reading circuit diagrams, laying cables/lines, performing connections)
- For software commissioning technicians, very good programming skills in C/C++ and/or C# as well as good Microsoft SQL-Server knowledge are necessary
- For international assembly assignments, an international willingness to travel in the amount of at least 50% to 90% is necessary
- For electrical, mechatronics, and automation assignments, at least 40% international willingness to travel is necessary
- For software commissioning, an international willingness to travel of at least 30% is necessary
- Professional, confident, and competent appearance
- Independent, self-responsible, and precise way of working
- Hands-on mentality (readiness to step in where it is currently needed)
- Flexibility for short-term assignments in case of malfunctions
- Ability to improvise
- High quality awareness and precise way of working
- Good English skills and the courage to speak it
- Further foreign language skills are advantageous
Our offer The minimum salary for these positions is € 2,900.- gross per month based on full-time employment. However, we expressly point out that, on the one hand, the readiness for significant overpayment is certainly given, depending on relevant professional experience and/or qualification.
