Engineer / Precision Parts Production (Pinthong 3 Branch)

1. Monitor and follow up on production issues within the Machining Section.
2. Analyze production performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
3. Coordinate with related departments to resolve production and quality issues.
4. Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
5. Support continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen, 5S, and cost reduction initiatives.
6. Prepare production reports and present operational performance to management.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineer (Electrical Engineering) (Mechanical Engineering) (Industrial Engineering) (Manufacturing Engineering). Experience minimum of 3 years Have knowledge about Quality system requirement ISO9001, IATF16949 Leadership skills and ability to motivate employee (Operator and Technician). Knowledge CNC Lathe,CITIZEN,TSUGAMI, etc., Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
