Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our team in the food and catering industry.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase food ingredients, packaging materials, and operational supplies to support daily production needs
• Identify and evaluate suppliers to secure competitive pricing, high quality, and reliable delivery performance
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers to optimize procurement costs and terms
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain sufficient stock to meet production schedules without interruption
• Issue purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records for audit and operational transparency
• Track supplier performance, delivery schedules, and product quality to ensure compliance with company standards
• Collaborate closely with kitchen, operations, and warehouse teams to align procurement with production demands
• Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities to improve procurement efficiency
• Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and food safety requirements to maintain regulatory standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous experience in procurement, preferably in the F&B, catering, or food manufacturing industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic inventory management systems
• Experience in sourcing food ingredients
