Job Description & Requirements
Shipping Agency of Regional Full Containerised Shipments and Vessel’s Operations for bunkering.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee container shipping operations within our regional
- Coordinate effectively with principals, regional agency offices, and shippers to align operational activities and resolve issues
- Manage end-to-end containerised and Out-Of-Gauge (OOG) shipment processes with the team to deliver reliable service outcomes
- Prepare and verify complete sets of shipping export documents to ensure full regulatory compliance and accuracy
- Proactively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address daily operational requirements and resolve challenges
- Manage ship’s husbandry operations during bunkering calls in Singapore
Requirements
- Possess a diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field.
- Relevant experience in port agency, shipping operations and containerised service.
- Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, port procedures, and documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and, relevant system software to support software and streamline shipping operations.
- Ability to work under pressure, often requiring 24/7 availability.
