Merchandise Officer

Key Responsibilities

1. Allocation & Replenishment

• Manage initial and repeat allocation by store tier, sales performance, and capacity
• Monitor sell-through, size availability, and stock balance by SKU
• Execute replenishment plans to support sales continuity and healthy stock level
• Support allocation planning for new store openings and seasonal launches

1. Item Master Creation & System Accuracy

• Create and maintain item master data (SKU, size, color, season, retail price)
• Ensure item master readiness prior to shipment arrival and store allocation
• Coordinate with EDP, Finance, and Warehouse to ensure data accuracy and smooth inbound process

1. Shipment Follow-up & Inbound Coordination

• Follow up inbound shipments with suppliers, forwarders, and warehouse
• Track ETD / ETA and communicate delivery updates to relevant teams
• Support inbound receiving process to ensure timely product availability for launch and promotion
• Identify potential shipment delays and proactively propose solutions

1. Inventory Management

• Monitor overall inventory health across warehouse and stores
• Identify slow-moving, overstock, and aged inventory
• Propose stock transfer, markdown, or clearance actions in alignment with Brand strategy

Qualifications: Age between 25 - 35 years old Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field At least 1 year of experience in Merchandise Retail experience will be specially considered Able to communicate in English Able to use Microsoft Excel and various formulas very well Positive attitude, good communication skills, and able to work as a team
