Senior Facade Coordinator

Responsibilities: Responsible for design finalization and shop drawings production/material submission for all the facades Coordination with specialized sub-contractors, client and façade consultants Review, coordination and management of interfaces with other trades Facades design and installation management Other related duties to be allocated in line with the progress of the project. Requirements: Min Degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering or equivalent Min 5 years relevant experience, preferably experience in Mix-Development or hospital project Good technical knowledge of façade trades Working Hours:  5-day work week, or 6-day with alternate Saturdays off, with overtime allowance provided for work beyond regular working hours, subject to project requirements.
