Your tasks

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING WITH US?

• coordinate the release process of new suppliers within the framework of transfers and changes to the supplier base
• collect, check, and complete quality documentation required for new supplier approval
• communicate with customers and ensure approval of required documents, clarify requirements and documentation between customer quality, supplier quality, and other internal departments
• verify the compliance of submitted documentation with internal procedures and specific customer requirements
• coordinate change management during the transition of production from an existing supplier to a new one, cooperate with quality, purchasing, technology, production, and project management departments
• actively manage communication across the organization to ensure customer deadlines and requirements are met

Requirements

WHAT SHOULD YOU KNOW AND BE ABLE TO DO?

• Secondary or University education, experience in automotive is an advantage
• user knowledge of working on a PC
• English at a communicative level, both spoken and written
• necessary communication and organizational skills, reliability, meticulousness, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn - knowledge of quality tools is an advantage
