- You will support us in the operational handling (FCL / LCL) of our international ocean freight shipments. *

As a competent contact person, you will work closely and trustfully with our customers and agents abroad. *

In this context, you are responsible for receiving and processing customer inquiries as well as complaints. *

Furthermore, you ensure timely customs clearance and ensure the creation of all transport-relevant documents. *
