• Active support and further development of existing customers in the area of groupage, partial loads, and full loads
• Independent processing of transport inquiries including coordination with internal interfaces
• Independent calculation of daily rates and offers
• Close cooperation with disposition, handling, and operative units
• Building and maintaining long-term, resilient customer relationships
• Completed commercial training, ideally in the field of freight forwarding & logistics
• Experience in field sales or in a freight forwarding environment
• Good understanding of groupage processes and market mechanisms
• Strong communication skills and a confident appearance with customers
• Structured, independent way of working
• English skills for exchange with international partners
