Test Manager Integrated Maritime Systems (m/f/d)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU

Ensure the quality and performance characteristics of our products by taking over the technical leadership and coordination of the system test team. In this key position, you will be responsible for the conception, execution, and documentation of system, acceptance, and automated tests, as well as the continuous further development of our test infrastructure. You will work across locations with internal as well as external development teams, support error analysis, and accompany field tests as well as trials at home and abroad.

Your Tasks

• Technical leadership and coordination of the system testers as well as monitoring test progress to ensure product quality and performance characteristics for integrated maritime systems for floating platforms as well as for the protection of critical maritime infrastructure
• Creation of test specifications based on requirements as well as the conception, creation, evaluation, and documentation of automated tests
• Execution and documentation of system and acceptance tests for the products as well as execution of field tests and trials at home and abroad
• Participation in the integration of systems to be tested and test environments as well as supporting system architects and developers in troubleshooting
• Continuous further development and optimization of existing test systems, the test infrastructure, and the applied test methods
• Cross-location cooperation with internal and external development and test teams to coordinate test activities

• Completed technical studies or a comparable technical qualification
• Several years of practical experience in test development, execution, automation, and documentation as well as initial experience in the integration of complex distributed systems
• Confident handling of the operating systems Windows and Linux as well as basic know-how in requirements management, quality assurance, and system development
• Good technical English skills in speaking and writing
• Willingness to travel worldwide
