Test Manager - Remote Controlled Weapon Stations (m/f/d)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As a passionate quality expert, you will ensure the success of our innovative products through the strategic conception and operational implementation of state-of-the-art testing procedures. In this key position, you will accompany the entire test lifecycle from specification to automation and actively drive the continuous further development of our system landscapes.

Your tasks:

• Conception, creation, documentation, and evaluation of automated as well as manual system and acceptance tests to sustainably secure our product quality and product performance characteristics
• Technical leadership and targeted coordination of system testers, including monitoring test progress and initiating quality assurance measures
• Structured creation of test specifications based on system requirements and test scenarios, as well as participation in the integration of complex test environments
• Proactive support for system architects and developers in sound error analysis and troubleshooting within the framework of the entire development process
• Continuous and future-oriented further development of our internal test systems, the test infrastructure, and the applied test methods
• Cross-location collaboration with internal as well as external development and test teams, including the execution of field tests and trials domestically and abroad

• Completed studies in Informatik or a comparable technical qualification
• Several years of practical experience in test development, execution, automation, and documentation, as well as sound knowledge in the integration of complex distributed systems and in requirements management
• Confident and routine handling of the operating systems Windows and Linux
• Good technical English skills in spoken and written form
• Analytical thinking skills paired with a strong technical understanding of systems
