Test & Verification Manager Soldier Solutions (m/f/d) (System Tester - Electrical Engineering)

In this key position, you are responsible for the conception, execution, and documentation of system, acceptance, and automated tests, as well as the continuous further development of our test infrastructure. You will work across locations with internal and external development teams, support error analysis, and accompany field tests as well as trials at home and abroad.

Your tasks:

• Creation and implementation of verification concepts for military systems
• Analysis of system requirements and derivation of the test and verification planning
• Coordination of test planning and review of test instructions at the segment / unit level as well as in the higher-level system network
• Verification of subcontractor services and their components
• Planning, coordination, and execution of system qualification with internal and external bodies (including environmental, EMC, functional safety)
• Cross-location collaboration with development and test teams
• Execution of field tests, trials, and customer acceptances
• Monitoring of test progress and initiation of appropriate measures to ensure compliance with product quality and product performance characteristics
• Reporting and presentation of development results in project meetings
• Completed studies in the field of Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Communications Engineering, or comparable
• Professional experience in the development / verification of complex systems
• Good knowledge in the conception, implementation, and commissioning of testing technology
• Experience in requirements management as well as in the areas of quality assurance and system development
• Basic knowledge in software development
• Very good English skills in spoken and written form
• High level of initiative and resilience
• Willingness to travel
