Team Leader Material Management (m/f/d) (Group, Team Leader)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Functional leadership of the employees in the Material Management team for assemblies and extended workbench
• Close cooperation with strategic procurement as well as the Operations and Service departments
• Ensuring material availability in production
• Further development of scheduling using suitable measures with a focus on the goal of material availability
• Development of meaningful key performance indicators within the area of responsibility
• Identification of improvement potential in processes as well as the development & implementation of cross-departmental solutions
• Initiation of suitable measures to resolve critical supply situations
• Contract-compliant processing of procurement processes
• Successfully completed studies in the field of economics, industrial engineering, business administration, or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field of activity
• Sound SAP and MS-Office knowledge
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• High self-motivation and implementation strength internally and externally
• Strong decision-making and communication skills
• Willingness for occasional business trips
