Teamlead Warehousing and Logistics (m/f/d)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU

• Functional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the international Warehousing & Logistics team, including resource, capacity, and skill management
• Development and implementation of the global team strategy and service roadmap, as well as control and prioritization of the service portfolio from an economic perspective
• Service owner and end-to-end responsibility for SAP EWM, SAP WM, and SAP MM-IM, as well as associated non-SAP logistics solutions throughout the entire service lifecycle
• Ensuring stable operations as well as the continuous further development, harmonization, and standardization of the responsible services, applications, and business processes
• Collection, evaluation, prioritization, and implementation of business requirements, as well as advising business partners on operations, optimization, and further development
• Management of internal and external resources, consultants, and service providers, as well as responsibility for budget and allocation models
• Ensuring solution and implementation quality as well as defined quality standards in change and release management
• Definition, monitoring, and continuous improvement of SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs, as well as promoting international cooperation within the framework of the IT Operating Model

This position can be filled at the locations in Düsseldorf, Kassel, Bremen, Kiel, and Unterlüß or, if applicable, remotely.

• Successfully completed studies in (Business) Informatics, Economics, or a comparable qualification
• Many years of professional experience in IT, consulting, and application management, ideally in an international industrial environment
• Sound leadership and management experience as well as experience in working with international teams and external service providers
• Comprehensive knowledge of logistical business processes in warehousing, inventory management, and logistics
• Very good knowledge of SAP EWM, SAP WM, and/or SAP MM-IM as well as adjacent SAP modules; SAP S/4HANA experience is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of IT service, process, and project management, as well as experience in the integration of SAP, non-SAP systems, and logistical periphery
• Experience in resource, budget, and capacity management as well as business-fluent English skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching competence, combined with initiative, decisiveness, and a strategic, solution-oriented way of working
