WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU

• Leadership of the LANCE 2 Platforms Systems Engineering team
• Leadership, coordination, and support of employees to achieve project goals
• Setting up and controlling maturity level management to track and report the technical status of the respective products
• Management and reporting of all work packages (budget/costs, timeline, and quality/maturity level, as well as monitoring all risks)
• Participation in Design Reviews and technical coordination meetings to evaluate and influence technical solutions at the turret level
• Completed (technical) university degree in the field of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aerospace, or comparable
• Several years of professional experience as a Systems Engineer or in a comparable position
• Very good two-way communication, especially with regard to leading a team
• Broad technical knowledge and sound technical judgment
• High degree of initiative and flexibility
• Very good English skills in spoken and written form
• High willingness to travel
