Senior Specialist Time & Access (m/f/d) (IT-Systemadministrator/in)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU

• Comprehensive consulting for specialist departments on the use of Business Applikationen regardless of the hosting model, the technology, or a Make or Buy decision
• Responsibility as an IT Applikations Owner for the complete lifecycle, particularly the planning, selection, introduction, operation, and further development of Business Applikationen
• Ensuring the trouble-free and efficient operation of the Business Applikationen. Planning and execution of maintenance work, releases, and tests in compliance with the specified processes
• Participation in the development of the Applikationsstrategie and the further development of the existing Applikationsportfolio, particularly the harmonization of the existing application landscape and standardization of application scenarios
• Participation in and execution of implementation and rollout projects (agile and classic)
• Close coordination and cooperation with other IT departments, such as Infrastructure, Architecture, and IT-Security, as well as management of stakeholders, Key User, and external service providers

This position can be filled at the locations Berlin, Bremen, Düsseldorf, Kassel, Kiel, and Unterlüß or potentially remote.

• Successfully completed studies in (Business) Informatik or a similar course of study with an IT focus, alternatively comparable professional experience
• Professional experience in the selection, introduction, Customizing, operation, and management of Business Applikationen
• Sound experience in the rollout and operation of Cloud, Hybrid, and OnPremise Applikationen
• Good knowledge of currently used technologies and standards
• Good knowledge in the support of Desksharing- / Raumbuchungslösungen is desirable
• Good knowledge in the support of Time-and-Access systems (Siport, Interflex etc.) and CRM solutions is desirable
• Methodological knowledge and ideally certification in Project Management and ITIL with focus
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working, as well as a high level of commitment
• Good English skills in spoken and written form
