Project Manager Plant Development (m/f/d)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Planning & management of technical projects in the area of Operations, such as Transfer of Work, procurement of new equipment, and scaling of existing processes
• Support and consulting for specialist departments regarding investment projects, including the creation of Business Cases
• Optimization of manufacturing processes and scaling for higher output
• Creation of budget and schedules, including the associated reports and documentation
• Interface function between the specialist departments Operations, Purchasing, Engineering, as well as external partners (m/f/d) and suppliers (m/f/d)
• Close exchange with the other plants in the production network regarding capacities and joint/scalable projects
• Introduction and compliance with cross-location standards in cooperation with Global Operations

• Successfully completed studies in the field of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or comparable
• Proven professional experience in a comparable position
• Very good knowledge in project management and in the selection and procurement of plants and machines
• Experience in the area of Transfer of Work desirable
• Good English skills in spoken and written form
• Ability to present complex facts in an understandable manner, as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic willingness for occasional business trips
