Project Manager Large-Scale International Projects (m/f/d)

• Responsible execution of performance- and quality-compliant planning and processing of the assigned project (project management) while adhering to the cost and schedule framework - specifically including large-scale projects
• Ensuring all processing-relevant measures to achieve the respective project success in line with corporate objectives
• Processing of national and international contracts
• Sustainable maintenance of customer contacts in the sense of project fulfillment (if necessary in coordination with Sales)
• Ensuring contract, risk, and claim management externally and internally (in cooperation with the respective specialist departments)
• Functional leadership of interdisciplinary project teams (without disciplinary responsibility)
• Conducting negotiations with customers, partners, and suppliers (m/f/d) in coordination with the involved specialist departments
• Controlling suppliers during project execution in coordination with the purchasing department (subject matter responsibility)
• Supporting sales in acquisition business
• Ensuring targeted project communication internally and externally
• Progress monitoring and evaluation, as well as creation of reports from controlling reports

• Completed technical university degree (Dipl.-Ing. / Dipl.-Inform. / Master)
• Many years of experience in project management
• Project management certification Level - C according to GPM standard
• Experience in the responsible leadership of teams
• Business-fluent English skills (spoken and written), other foreign languages (Spanish, French) desirable

• Open-mindedness and teamwork skills
• Negotiation and communication skills, assertiveness, and leadership competence
• High intercultural competence and willingness to work in an international environment
