WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU

• Independent, highly detailed conception, planning, and control of projects in the field of Technical Documentation
• Project control using KPI, including determination of relevant metrics and initiation of suitable measures in case of deviations
• Execution of risk assessments as well as evaluation of risks and opportunities throughout the project duration
• Functional leadership, motivation, and further development of project teams, optionally with a perspective towards a Team Lead position
• Customer care with tact and strategic thinking as well as conducting contract negotiations
• Creation, control, and monitoring of work packages within the project team
• Resource planning within the team and leading internal as well as external project meetings, e.g., kick-off meetings and status updates
• Compilation of deliveries for the client and execution of Cost-to-Complete calculations
• Monitoring compliance with workflows and processes, supplemented by high-frequency internal and external project reporting as well as detailed maintenance of project management tools
• Ensuring quality standards, deadlines, and budgets, collaboration with the PMO, continuous process improvement, and creation of technical and commercial proposal documents
• Dipl-Ing. University/FH Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Information Technology/Business Administration. Ideally professional experience in the field of Technical Documentation (ASD specifications (S1000D, S2000M or H011, B007)
• Demonstrable experience in project management.
• Confident handling of MS Office applications.
• Very good communication skills and social competence.
• Solution-oriented, independent thinking and acting.
• Very good knowledge of the English language in spoken and written form.
• The ability to convey creative impulses in project teams.
• Interest in military vehicles and in technical documentation
• Very high self-motivation and flexibility
