Program Manager Technology - IT & Network Systems (m/f/d)

Do you want to coordinate complex technical programs and significantly drive their successful implementation? Then take on the content leadership of demanding IT and network programs and be responsible for their successful delivery in terms of schedule, scope, and quality.

Your tasks:

• Leadership of a large-scale program in the field of military communication and command systems
• Leadership and coordination of sub-project management and development teams across multiple locations
• Content prioritization of functionalities and control of the sequence of their implementation and verification
• Control of verification, test campaigns, and acceptance planning in close coordination with the client (m/f/d)
• Management of partners, suppliers, and consortium contributions (m/f/d) within your own program
• Taking on the escalation function in case of technical and scheduling conflicts as well as reporting to the responsible management levels

• Completed studies in Informatik, Nachrichtentechnik, Elektrotechnik, or a comparable field
• Many years of experience in managing complex IT or network projects, ideally in the environment of public or military clients
• Experience in leading teams as well as managing partners and subcontractors (m/f/d)
• Content evaluation of architecture and test results
• Confident appearance as well as high communication and assertiveness skills
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing, as well as good German skills are an advantage
• Willingness to travel worldwide
