Product Quality Manager - Software

Do you want to apply your expertise in quality management in a demanding environment (software) and take responsibility for the continuous further development of integrated standards? We are looking for a committed individual who, with foresight and professional competence, will optimize our internal processes and make our certification structures future-proof.

Your Tasks

• Further development of the integrated management system according to strategic specifications as well as ensuring continuous certification capability according to ISO 9001, EN 9100, AQAP, ISO/IEC 25010 and ISO/IEC 27001
• Participation in the creation, review, and approval of process-relevant manuals, process chains, and work instructions to ensure consistent documentation
• Support and advice for process owners through targeted moderation to achieve sustainable optimization and increased efficiency of all operational processes
• Execution of internal as well as external system and process audits, including the targeted selection and training of qualified internal auditors
• Monitoring of process performance through the definition, determination, and analysis of meaningful key performance indicators, as well as participation in the comprehensive annual management report
• Implementation and tracking of corrective, preventive, and improvement measures for the professional elimination of deviations

• Completed technical degree, e.g., Industrial Engineer, Business Informatics Engineer, or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in quality management and training as a quality auditor
• Sound knowledge of common certification procedures ISO 9001, EN 9100, AQAP, ISO/IEC 25010 as well as common software development models such as V-Modell XT, CMMI or SPICE
• Strong moderation and presentation skills combined with strong communication skills
• Business fluent English skills in speaking and writing
• Willingness to travel worldwide
