Product Line Manager - Radio Communication Technology (m/f/d)
In the context of modern Multi-Domain Operations (MDO), space is an integral part of military planning and command as an independent and decisive operational domain. Core capabilities such as satellite-based communication and imaging / signal intelligence reconnaissance are the prerequisites for information superiority and effective command support. Robust, timely acquisition, distribution, and use of information is essential for the ability to act and enforce by armed forces in combined arms combat.
As a Product Line Manager (m/f/d) - Radio Communication Technology, you will take responsibility for a complex product line, from strategic product planning to the execution of complex product developments:
- Execution of quality-compliant planning and processing of the entire product line
- Development of the product line strategy, as well as the associated action plans
- Responsibility for the alignment and further development of the product line (strategic and technological alignment)
- Functional leadership of interdisciplinary product line teams
- Realization of budget planning as well as the determination of a financing concept
- Establishment and maintenance of business relationships with technology partners
- Completed technical or business administration studies
- Many years of experience in product management (e.g., Roadmap, Lifecycle Management), project management, sales, or development
- Project management certification Level - C according to GPM standard
- Several years of experience in the responsible leadership of teams
- English skills in spoken and written form
- Willingness for occasional business trips
