Integration/Service Manager (m/f/d)

As an Integration and Service Manager (m/f/d), you will manage integration and commissioning in national and international projects. In doing so, you will be responsible for compliance with costs, quality, and deadlines and will participate in the preparation of offers. Furthermore, you will create innovative maintenance and operating concepts domestically and abroad.

Your tasks:

• Calculations and concept development in the field of integration, installation, and commissioning, as well as technical-logistical support of projects
• System acceptance tests as well as the execution of customer training
• Creation and maintenance of complex database applications
• Interface coordination with the national and international companies involved in the project
• Support for development during the design phase
• Support in the planning and creation of service offers in the After Sales area

• State-certified technician or technical training with additional qualifications in the relevant field and several years of professional experience
• Experience in project work
• Initial experience in the field of service/integration in a comparable industry
• Good knowledge of software and hardware integration as well as training and operating concepts
• Good knowledge of SAP applications
• Business fluent English skills (spoken and written)
• Goal-oriented and independent way of working as well as assertiveness
• Willingness to travel worldwide
