In Service Support (ISS) Manager - Remote Controlled Weapon Stations (m/f/d)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU

As an In Service Support (ISS) Manager (m/f/d), you will take over the planning and management of service contracts (national / international) for the After Sales area. In doing so, you will be responsible for compliance with costs, quality, and deadlines. You will thus ensure the continuous further development of the service business with regard to spare parts, services, and repairs.

Your further tasks:

• Functional leadership of integration or service teams in the ISS subject area
• Acquisition, creation, and negotiation of service contracts in coordination with the project team
• Creation of innovative maintenance and operating concepts domestically and abroad for military and civilian customers (m/f/d)
• Planning and management of the national and international subcontractors involved in the project
• Solution-oriented cooperation with development departments, subcontractors, and customers (m/f/d)
• Conceptualization and organization of customer training

• Completed technical degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or comparable, alternatively a completed business administration Bachelor's degree in the field of BWL, logistics, or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in the processing of military service contracts
• Extensive military industry knowledge as well as knowledge of service concepts
• Good SAP / ERP and Confluence / JIRA knowledge
• Very good English skills in spoken and written form, especially technical English
• Independent way of working and very good organizational, team leadership, and communication skills
