Head of Production (m/f/d) (Department Manager - Industrial Supervision)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU

• Disciplinary leadership and organization of the production areas of assembly manufacturing, surface technology, and the welding area
• Ensuring and compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection guidelines
• Responsibility for order processing that is on time, meets quality standards, and is cost-effective
• Further development and derivation of measures to improve the production process (Operational Excellence)
• Budget and investment planning (CAPEX) in coordination with the plant management
• Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, business administration, or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in the required field of activity, ideally in the metal industry
• Experience in welding and surface technology desirable
• Experience in a leadership position is an advantage
• Routine handling of common MS-Office applications
• Very good English skills in spoken and written form
