Group Leader Solution Engineering Rear Crew & Maintenance Training (m/f/d)

As a Group Leader (m/f/d), you will take on the technical and disciplinary leadership of your team and promote the goal-oriented further development of your employees. You will ensure efficient and requirement-compliant process organization and monitor compliance with legal requirements, operational processes, and internal guidelines.

Furthermore, you will accompany technical customer projects from the bidding phase to implementation. In doing so, you will make Bid/No-Bid decisions, analyze customer requirements, and be responsible for the creation of technical concepts and specifications. You will also coordinate system integration, accompany system tests, and support error analysis.

Your tasks:

• Initiating measures in case of target/actual deviations.
• Carrying out active competence management (including maintenance, adjustment, and development qualification) and organizing knowledge management to promote know-how transfer.
• Persuading and supporting employees to strengthen action and result orientation, as well as ensuring the flow of information and communication quality internally and externally.
• Analysis of customer requirements (specification).
• Creation of quantity frameworks and schedules.
• Close cooperation with internal and external project partners.
• Support in project acquisition.

• Completed studies in Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik or comparable.
• Practical experience in using modern development processes (scrum / agile / etc.).
• Leadership experience.
• Business-fluent English skills (spoken and written).
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting.
• Goal-oriented and independent way of working as well as assertiveness.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel worldwide.
