Expert - military training (m/f/d)

Are you an experienced professional (m/f/d) in military training looking for a new challenge where you can contribute your expertise to the conception and implementation of future-oriented training solutions for Live Simulation? - We offer you the opportunity to play a decisive role in the development of innovative military training systems and associated training strategies, providing advisory support to customers, training users in the best possible way, and contributing significantly to the success of our projects, such as the equipping / support of NATO exercises like Freedom Shield with training systems.

Your tasks:

• Analysis of complex training needs and military training concepts in order to derive requirements for our training systems
• Analysis of complex training needs and military training concepts in order to derive concepts for the support of (NATO) exercise runs with our training systems
• Active tracking of new technologies, their application in military training, as well as development of future training concepts
• Support of project teams in the target-group-oriented creation and preparation of high-quality training materials as well as, if required, conducting training for the military user
• Active participation in bid teams and in development, to allow valuable experience from training activities to flow directly into the (further) development of our systems

• Practical knowledge in military training, as well as training comparable to a master craftsman, technician, or university degree, of military training equipment, training concepts, training doctrines, and the creation of training/instruction plans as well as training materials
• Experience as a female military instructor or male military instructor including sound practice in the conception, coordination, and management of training activities
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Very good consulting and methodological competence, strong presentation and moderation skills, intercultural experience, and a high orientation towards results
• Willingness to travel worldwide
