Collaboration and Communication Application Manager (m/f/d) (Application Engineer/Manager)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU

• Conception, design, and further development of company-wide Collaboration Services
• Introduction and continuous further development of modern collaboration solutions
• Development and implementation of international M365 Governance and Lifecycle processes
• Continuous evaluation of new Microsoft technologies and derivation of optimization potential for the Collaboration Services
• Analysis of stakeholder requirements and creation of technical solution concepts and architectures
• Execution of harmonization projects as well as definition and enforcement of global standards
• Administration, operation, and optimization of the Collaboration Services, including SharePoint on-premises, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Power Automate
• Incident, Service Request, and Problem Management in 2nd Level, as well as coordination of 3rd Level tickets with manufacturers (m/f/d)

This position can be filled at the locations Berlin, Bremen, Düsseldorf, Kassel, Kiel, and Unterlüß or, if applicable, remotely.

• Successfully completed studies in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the design, implementation, and operation of IT services in the context of M365 Teams, SharePoint on-premises, SharePoint Online, Power Automate
• Methodical knowledge and ideally certification in M365 Teams, SharePoint Online, or Power Automate
• Industry experience in the Defence sector is an advantage
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working, as well as a high level of commitment
• Very good written and spoken English skills
