• Developing, implementing, and managing the physical and organizational security policy for the locations in Ede and Oosterhout
• Monitoring compliance with national and international regulations, including ABDO-2019, NIS2, and guidelines from the Ministerie van Defensie / MIVD
• Performing risk analyses, drafting improvement plans, and reporting incidents
• Managing security systems, processes, instructions, and the organization's assets
• Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external security issues and maintaining contacts with government agencies
• Organizing training and awareness sessions for employees and advising management
• Overseeing personnel background checks and supervising security clearances
• Serving as the point of contact for Business Continuity Management, Emergency and Crisis Management, and potentially acting as the HSE officer

WHICH QUALIFICATIONS MUST YOU MEET

• Minimum HBO working and thinking level
• Education preferably in security management, (integral) safety, or similar
• 2 -5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-security or defense environment
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (such as BIO, ISO 27001, NIS2, ABDO/ABRO)
• Affinity with the Automotive and/or Defense industry
• Good communication skills, not a policeman but a team player
• Good command of the English language (German is a plus)
• Requesting and obtaining a (military) security screening at B-level is part of the selection procedure
• +/- 32-40 hours per week
