  • Conception and implementation of a research project in one of the following research areas: (i) sustainability-oriented entrepreneurship, (sustainable/regenerative/impact entrepreneurship), (ii) entrepreneurial behaviour in the Global South, (iii) the interface between psychology and entrepreneurship, (iv) succession in family-run businesses, as well as (v) entrepreneurial behaviour in the context of transformation processes,
  • independent processing of new research questions in the field of Entrepreneurship,
  • publication of research results in scientific journals as well as discussion and communication of the results, including at (inter)national conferences,
  • teaching to the extent of two semester weekly hours in the basic and advanced modules of the Entrepreneurship department,
  • undertaking services, including supervision of theses, acquisition of third-party funds, as well as participation in university self-administration.

Your Qualifications

  • above-average university degree (Master, Diplom, or equivalent) in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Agricultural Sciences, Psychology, or a related field (applications from MSc students who still have a few months of study remaining are welcome),
  • high research interest, commitment, and willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently and responsibly in an interdisciplinary team,
  • very good communicative and cooperative skills (teamwork),
  • knowledge and experience with empirical research methods are desirable, as well as very good English language skills.
