Technical Support Analyst - Zone 1

Recognized company in Guatemala is looking for a technical support analyst.

Requirements:

1. Education: Graduate in systems engineering.
2. Experience: 2 years as a technical support analyst, developer,
3. systems analyst, DBA, SA.
4. Knowledge: Microsoft 365, intermediate English.
5. Certifications: Oracle and SQL databases, Windows and Linux operating systems, Java, Web services, Phyton, public and private clouds.
6. Desirable to possess means of transportation

We Offer:

2. Salary: Q16,850.00 + Q250.00
3. Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 7:00am to 5:00pm and Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm

Requirements

• Age: between 30 and 45 years old
• Knowledge: Analytical capacity, Database, English, Java, Linux, Microsoft 365, Oracle sql, Operating systems, Technical support, Windows
• Driver's licenses: automobiles / cars
