General Manager / Retail Sector

About the company

We are looking for a General Manager for a company in the retail sector, with a commercial focus and presence in the Panamanian market.

Your tasks

Main responsibilities Define and execute growth and commercial expansion strategies.

Supervise operations, sales, and performance of points of sale.

Manage budgets, financial indicators, and business profitability.

Lead negotiations with suppliers and commercial partners.

Supervise marketing strategies, positioning, and market development.

Manage inventories, supply, and operational efficiency.

Direct multidisciplinary teams and ensure compliance with organizational objectives.

Requirements

We are looking for a professional with strategic vision, leadership, and results orientation, capable of directing business operations, driving commercial growth, and guaranteeing the profitability of the organization.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.

Between 5 and 8 years of experience in managerial positions within the retail sector, mass consumption, or related industries.

Experience in financial management, commercial direction, negotiation, and team leadership.

Experience in companies of beauty products, personal care, or related categories will be valued.
